From June 13-20, 2014 30 students from AGH University of Science and Technology, who are majoring in ecology, will undergo practical training at IFNTUOG.
Due to the agreements signed between IFNTUOG and AGH University of Science and Technology 88 students from our university studied in Polish university during the spring semester of 2013-2014 academic year. The students successfully completed their studies and soon will receive European Master diplomas. In its turn, following the cooperation agreements, IFNTUOG will host Polish students for their practical training. The delegation of Polish students is headed by the head of the Department of Ecological Engineering, prof. Dariusz Ciszewski. Together with the students from Krakow 6 students from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, who are also majoring in ecology, will undergo their practical training at IFNTUOG.
Practical training is well scheduled for the students and includes trips to different towns of Ivano-Frankivsk region, for example, to Kalush (Dombrovskyi salt open-pit mine), Burshtyn (thermal power station), Yaremche (Carpathian National Nature Park), visits of Ivano-Frankivsk dendrological park, Ivano-Frankivskvodoekotehprom public utility company, the biggest operating company of the town – Ivano-Frankivskcement JSC, and many other things.
