Within the framework of the international project "Ukraine - Norway", namely the program "Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development" reserve servicemen, members of their families and ATO participants received their diplomas. The event took place on May 29, 2018 in the Science City "New Energy". The professional retraining program has been being implemented in Ukraine for more than 10 years. The IFNTUOG has been taking part in the project for more than 5 years now. The retraining program aims at social adaptation of reserve servicemen in a peaceful life. The main task of this year's program was their training as successful entrepreneurs for Ukraine's sustainable economic development.
The event was opened by Associate Professor of the Department of management and technical diagnostics A. Yavorskyi. The greetings came from the Rector of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas Ye. Kryzhanivskyi. Later, the national anthems of Norway and Ukraine were traditionally sung. Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Ukraine, Ole Terje Horpestad, addressed Ukrainian graduates in video greetings and expressed his sincere wishes. The word was also given to the head of the PR-department of the International Foundation for Social Adaptation, Olha Filina.
During graduation, graduates received memorable gifts from the Science City "New Energy".
The Vice-Rector for International Affairs of IFNTUOG Maksym Karpash expressed his gratitude to all graduates and teachers who took part in the training. During the period from February 20 to May 25, students studied the basics of management, project management, financing, fundraising information technology, and professional English language.
Major Rostyslav Kochmarskyi expressed his sincere gratitude to the organizers and project participants.
The project, funded by the Kingdom of Norway, has been running for several years in various specializations at IFNTUOG with the assistance of the International Foundation for Social Adaptation (IFSA) and the advanced academic and educational capabilities of the University.
