Associate Professor of School of Business and Economics of the Arctic University of Norway Bård Borch Brøndlund Michalsen visited the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. In the Science City "New Energy", Bard Michalsen held an interesting and informative lecture on "Professional Communication".
Communication ─ is one of the most difficult and most important areas of professional activity. In the process of communication, contacts with clients and colleagues are established; there is accumulation of certain information, problems are solved. Communication skills often influence the outcome of the initiated affairs and undertakings, the implementation of ideas and projects. Therefore, it is necessary to have sufficient information, experience, and skills of professional communication.
