On May 16, 2016 International scientific and technical conference and exhibition "MACHINES, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION INCREASE AND DELIVERY DIVERSIFICATION" IIM – 2016 began in IFNTUOGand will last till May 20. The conference is held in association with the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, National academy of sciences of Ukraine, PJSC «National joint stock company «Naftogaz of Ukraine», Ukrainian oil and gas academy. Along with Ukrainian scientists and specialists from academic, research and design institutes, universities, engineering companies, enterprises of oil extracting and oil refining industries, the pipeline transportation, oil , gas and petroleum products storage, scientists from Petroleum and Gas university of Ploiesti and Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (Azerbaijan), AGH University of Science and Technology (Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanisława Staszica – AGH) (Krakow, Poland), The Technical University of Košice (Slovakia) and the University of Miskolc (Hungary) take part in the event.
The aim of the conference is to find new and effective ways of development of oil and gas engineering, the expansion of ties between scientists of different countries, close cooperation between educational and scientific institutions and industrial enterprises. The participants will take part in the Plenary session and will work in three sections.
The conference program includes other activities:
- Session of the Department "Oil and gas equipment and mechanisms";
- A round table dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Department of oil and gas equipment;
- Exhibition of scientific and technical developments and advanced technologies.
