An interesting meeting of students and professors of the Department of Accounting and Auditing with their graduate (OA-07-3 group) Lesia Dzikunska took place in the Institute of Economics and Management of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.
After graduating from IFNTUOG, Lesia has already worked in several world companies and visited 33 countries. The graduate told about her professional development, her own work on the development of personal skills, both professional and non-professional (soft skills). She noted that while learning, she understood what she wanted to do in life and consistently took appropriate steps to achieve this. She believes that her studies at the university gave her a lot of knowledge, which is now used in her work. From the standpoint of a person who has spent a lot of interviews on recruiting workers from many countries around the world, she advised today's students to work more on personal development and growth, and not to be afraid to change something in their lives. On her own example, she proves that if there is a desire, you can achieve any goal. But this does not happen without making any effort.
