The CONTENT project is presented as an example of a successful embodiment of the idea!

The final international conference of the “Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine” (HUSKROUA) program for the period of 2007-2013 was held last week. More than 150 representatives of national, regional and local authorities from four countries, as well as recipients of grants - beneficiaries from the public and private sectors, took part in its work.

Vice-rector for international affairs Maksym Karpash and Director of the Center for International Cooperation Artur Voronych represented the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas at the conference.

It should be noted that under the program "Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine" (HUSKROUA) for 2007-2013 four projects were implemented at the IFNTUOG. In two of them our university was the main beneficiary: HUSKROUA / 1101/194 - CONTENT - Cross-border Innovation Network for Technology Transfer and HUSKROUA / 0901/062 – QASERD - Quality Assurance for Society-Oriented Education, Research and Development ".

The Cross-border Network for Technology Transfer project has been developed to address technology transfer issues in the target international region. Within the framework of the project, a new innovation inter-university network was created: cooperation agreements were signed between the partner universities (IFNTUNG, the University of Miskolc (Hungary), the Technical University of Kosice (Slovakia) and the North University Centre of Baia Mare of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania), a new web portal containing general information, information for researchers, information for enterprises, technology parks, database; a training program "Technology Transfer Management" was developed.

As a result, the project "Cross-border Network for Technology Transfer" was presented at the final conference as the most successful project!

Also, according to the results of the second competition of the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine (HUSKROUA) Cross-Border Cooperation Program 2014-2020, IFNTUNG won two projects: Cross-border Network of Energy Sustainable Universities (NET4SENERGY) and Energy Recovery from Municipal Solid Waste by Thermal Conversion Technologies in the Cross-border Region (EnyMSW).
