Project «Ukraine-Norway»: first stage is over

The successful implementation of Ukrainian-Norwegian project involving the University of Nordland (Bodø, Norway), International Fund for Social Adaptation (Kyiv, Ukraine), and  Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas continues.

On January 29, the first stage of the project aiming at retraining of 53 military personnel, retired members, and their families as well as social adaptation of this layer of population and their integration into the regional economy was over. The  "Small business economics" training program provided students with the knowledge and skills needed to start and run their own business.

The Vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work, social and economic development, Doctor of Economics Oleh Dzoba as well as teachers of the Business Economics Department attended the diploma awarding ceremony. The participants of the project also got certificates signed by the rectors of IFNTUOG and University of Nordland.

Graduates shared their impressions about the progress and results of the implementation of the training program, noted the relevance of acquired knowledge and professionalism of the teaching staff.
