ON OCTOBER17-19, 2016 IFNTUOG HOSTED TRAININGS ON THE TOPIC OF HORIZON 2020 AND INNOVATIONS October 20, 2016

On 17-19 October 2016 IFNTUOG hosted Trainings on the topic of Horizon 2020 and Innovations. The organizer of these trainings is the NCP  "Secure, Clean and Efficient energy" and the partner - the project InnoverEAST.

Location – Science City "New Energy".

About 100 representatives from different scientific institutions and HEIs participated in the trainings.

The trainings were divided into 3 modules, 3 hours each, including:

  • Horizon 2020: experience and opportunities for Ukrainian scientists and businesses (October 17)
  • Innovative services of universities (October 18)
  • Financing of innovations: options and opportunities (October 19)

Coordinator of the NCP "Secure, Clean and Efficient energy" Arthur Voronych presented the overall structure and features of Horizon 2020 and tips for writing a successful proposal.

Volodymyr Kotsiubynsky, a coordinator of the NCP "Nanotechnology, advanced materials and manufacturing industry," explained the stages of writing proposals for Horizon 2020.

Babis Ipektsidis, a member of InnoverEAST project from the company INTRASOFT Luxemburg, introduced the participants with InnoverEAST project and made a presentation on innovations: from Closed to Open Innovations.

Maksym Karpash, the coordinator of InnoverEAST project in IFNTUOG, described the experience of IFNTUOG in international projects participation and presented the Science City "New Energy" - the partner of the trainings.

Lyubomy Nykyrui, Head of NATO Project in V.Stefanyk PNU, provided the participants with useful information on successful proposal for CRDF, STCU, NATO programs, about necessary and sufficient conditions.

All participants of trainings received the certificates.
