On May 30 – June 1, 2017 the final coordination meeting on the project HETES that is being implemented within the framework of the EU programme TEMPUS was held at the Catholic University of Leuven (Campus Ghent, Belgium). The meeting was attended by representatives of all project partners. During the coordination meeting Ukrainian partners (National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, Kryvyi Rih National University, Donetsk National Technical University, IFNTUOG and NPC "Energostal") presented their own achievements, which were highly appreciated by the European partners of the project. In addition, there was discussion of reporting the relevant materials. In particular, in his report, Professor O. Karpash presented the achievements of IFNTUOG on the project – a new master's program "Energy management", advanced educational programs, cooperation with enterprises, synergetic effects with other initiatives and projects. European partners had a tour around the Scientific city "New Energy" (http://newenergy.if.ua), which elicited great interest of all present. Also in their reports, Professor M. Karpash and Associate Professor I. Rybitskyi announced an event that is going to take place on June 22, 2017. It will be dedicated to the opening of the laboratory of renewable energy - center for sustainable development. This very day a monitoring visit of National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine will take place at the premises of IFNTUOG with the participation of all project partners.
