On October 17 - 18, 2017 Associate Professor of the School of business and economics of the UiT Arctic University of Norway, Bård Borch Brøndlund Michalsen visited the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. The visit took place within the framework of the retraining program for servicemen and their families under the international project "Ukraine - Norway" in the specialty "Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development", which is being implemented by the Department of Energy Management and Technical Diagnostics with the assistance of the International Fund for Social Adaptation and the Government of Norway.
Bard Michalsen delivered lectures on "Project Management and Communication" for students of the retraining program, as well as an open lecture for university students.
Students had the opportunity not only to improve their knowledge, but also to get advice on the creation and implementation of their own ideas and projects.
Bard Michalsen's lectures were carried out at a high level, students of the retraining program were impressed by the way the information was presented and thanked the lecturer for the knowledge and motivation for the implementation of their own ideas and projects.
