The internship of IFNTUOG teachers at the Pomeranian Academy

A three-month internship at a partner educational institution, the Pomeranian Academy (Slupsk, Poland), began for teachers of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. The delegation, headed by Vice-rector for financial affairs, Professor Liliana Horal, includes: Head of the Department of Management and Administration, Professor Alla Polianska, Head of the Department of Accounting and Taxation, Associate Professor Sofiia Kafka, Ptofessor of the Department of Management and Administration Ivanna Zapukhliak and Associate Professor of the Department of Finance Vira Shyiko. The internship takes place at the Department of Management and Social Sciences of the Pomeranian Academy.

The internship aims at integration of Ukrainian teachers into the European educational space and familiarization with the opportunities that such a step provides. To achieve this, the Polish colleagues organized interesting meetings, intensive classes, cognitive and innovative teaching methods for the teachers, which are easily perceived and compelled to develop.

Together with IFNTUOG teachers, 20 students of the Institute of Economics and Management of all specialties who take part in the academic mobility program at the Pomeranian Academy have an interesting and informative international learning experience.

It should be noted that the internship at the Pomeranian Academy allows, first of all, to get acquainted with the experience of our colleagues,  to see and compare the student environment and to outline the prospects for further cooperation.
